Availability & Booking

Practical Info & Booking Policies
- Rates: From £120 per night (subject to season).
- Minimum stay: 3 nights for all bookings.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 15:00 / Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Maximum guests: Sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms.
- Dogs and pets: £70 per dog, per stay. Please let us know if you’re bringing your dog.
- Direct bookings: The 20% discount applies to eligible 2027 direct bookings. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. We’ll confirm payment details when your booking is agreed.
- Airbnb bookings: Airbnb’s prices, fees and cancellation terms apply.
- Damage deposit: For direct bookings, a fully refundable £150 damage deposit is required (held during your stay and returned shortly after departure).

Book your New Forest holiday direct with no booking fees or commission. Minimum 3-night stay.
Privacy Information
Enquiries and personal information
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, requested dates, guest and dog numbers, and your message. We use them to reply to you, check availability and deal with booking questions. We keep enquiries for 12 months and then securely delete them.
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party service that passes your enquiry to us. We don’t ask for payment card details on this website. If you go ahead with a booking, we’ll explain payment arrangements separately.
Booking calendar and external services
The availability calendar is provided by Planyo, so your browser connects to Planyo when it loads. The location map is provided by Google Maps. Links to Airbnb and other sites are covered by those providers’ own privacy policies.
